Michael Barron devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing large companies engaged in various aspects of Internet-based commerce. This includes negotiating deal terms and licensing agreements, monitoring privacy concerns and handling all other related activities.  His expertise in this practice area led to his inclusion on the Hamilton County Internet Privacy Task Force where he helped to craft the county's new policies regarding the availability of personally identifiable information through the Clerk's web site.

Michael devotes the remainder of his practice to representing smaller to medium sized businesses in connection with virtually all aspects of their legal needs.

Prior to joining Barron Peck Bennie & Schlemmer, Michael served as a member of the faculty at Indiana University School of Law, and prior to that was an associate with the law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker.
