Ryan Kirzner’s practice focuses on representing claimants seeking disability benefits from the Social Security Administration, from the point of application to hearings before Administrative Law Judges. He represents claimants seeking, Social Security Income, Social Security Disability Income, and children’s Social Security Income.

Additionally, as a criminal defense attorney, Ryan represents individuals accused of crimes Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont Counties. His trial experience includes appearing before municipal, common pleas, and Court of Appeals levels, in both bench and jury trials.

Ryan also represents clients who have been injured in automobile accidents in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. This involves protecting clients’ rights against insurance companies, advising and negotiating settlements and helping to recoup, and often reduce medical fees incurred as a result of another party’s negligence.
