Cincinnati Lawyer, Jonathan C. Bennie, practices primarily in the areas of real estate and business law, with a portion of his practice devoted to litigation. Jonathan advises clients in connection with real estate purchases, sales, financing, and operation, as well as property tax appeals, receiverships, foreclosures, evictions, and condominium and community association matters. Jonathan assists clients with various business transactions and helps clients resolve their civil disputes that have arisen within a commercial context, involving a contractual or organizational dispute.

In addition to his legal practice, Jonathan Bennie is active in the Cincinnati community. Jonathan sits on a number of Boards, including The Cincinnati Athletic Club, the Hyde Park Blast, the Kairos Foundation, the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick Foundation, and the St. Xavier High School Young Alumni Advisory Committee. Jonathan also helps lead the local chapter of ReadAloud 15 Minutes and volunteers at St. Margaret Hall. He has been fortunate to participate in the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change Leadership Program and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s 2011 Cincinnati Leadership Class.

Jonathan was selected to receive the Ohio State Bar Foundation Community 2013 Service Award for Attorneys 40 & Under. The Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 and Under is presented to attorneys, 40 years of age or younger, who contribute substantial time and effort in service to a local social service or to a local civic, artistic or cultural organization.
