Cincinnati Attorney, Michael Barron joined the firm in 1994. Prior to that time, Michael Barron spent several years serving on the faculty at Indiana University School of Law. Michael Barron has significant experience in a wide variety of practice areas including general business representation, litigation, estate planning and personal injury. He currently devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing companies engaged in various aspects of Internet-based commerce and advertising. This representation includes negotiating deal terms and licensing agreements, monitoring privacy concerns and handling all other related activities. His experience in this practice area led to his inclusion on the Hamilton County Internet Privacy Task Force where he helped to craft the county’s new policies regarding, among other things, the availability of personally identifiable information through the Clerk’s web site.

Michael Barron also represents many small to medium sized businesses in connection with virtually all aspects of their legal needs. He provides estate planning and succession advice to clients and also handles litigation matters involving significant injuries or death.
